Description: Extermely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by reserve goalkeeper – Illya Blyzniuk in the period around the qualification for the 1998 World Cup. This was the nations first attempt to qualify for the competition and fired on by the attacking talents of Shevchenko and Rebrov they managed a runners-up finish ahead of Portugal in the group stage. This set up a play-off with Croatia in which they were edged out 3-1.

Condition: Bright colours, crest is stitched, Puma logo and print are superb, smooth material feel. Excellent wearable/collectible condition.

Player issue features: Correct player size flock print professionally heat pressed, no Puma motif to lower front, padding to both sleeves, long sleeved version not commerically available. Comes from a private collection.
